CTG is seeking to fill an Executive Secretary opening for our client. Join a fast-paced environment supporting executive leadership with high-level administrative and project coordination. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives on organization, discretion, and managing competing priorities.
Location: Chicago, IL (onsite 5 days a week)
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
• Coordinate departmental records, reports, and communications
• Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support multiple executives across varying priorities and time zones
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of executive administrative support experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in banking or financial services environments
• Advanced presentation and data visualization skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workflows

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.87 to $41.45/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
