Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 5 Months Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership and Executive Vice Presidents. Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling conflicts. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics. Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business communications. Research, compile, and analyze information for special projects and executive initiatives. Organize and maintain departmental records, reports, and operational documentation. Serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate executive meetings and ensure materials are prepared accurately and on time. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Support department operations through project coordination and administrative process management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of progressive executive assistant, executive secretary, or senior administrative support experience. Proven ability to support multiple executives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executive leadership within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries. Knowledge of corporate organizational structures, policies, and procedures. Experience managing executive presentations, reports, and strategic initiatives. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.87 to $41.45/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
