In this role, you would oversee a sous chef and two kitchen supervisors, reporting to the executive chef! You would lead both the restaurant and banquet kitchens, with a total of 15 - 20 hourly union team members working on a fully staffed shift.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of three years' experience as a sous chef and three years' experience in hotel banquet culinary. It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous front of house or union supervisory experience!
