JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate daily operational needs with Front of House, Kitchen, and Banquet teams.
  • Inspect kitchens, storerooms, equipment, and supplies to maintain cleanliness, organization, and service readiness.
  • Provide clear direction and communication to Stewarding staff.
  • Ensure team members use proper safety equipment and procedures.
  • Supervise Stewarding staff, manage daily shift operations, and prepare schedules.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost-control procedures.
  • Support operational goals, performance standards, and profitability objectives.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards to meet health department requirements and deliver excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; bachelor''s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to following established procedures and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
