Executive Test Program Manager(AVP) - Epic/Cerner

We are seeking a highly experienced SME/Director/Senior Director, Enterprise QA & Test Automation/ Executive Test Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise testing program supporting Epic software implementations and ongoing regression testing for enGen / Highmark Health.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and executing the overall quality engineering and testing strategy across a complex healthcare technology environment. The successful candidate will lead a large, multi-disciplinary testing organization and will be accountable for the planning, governance, execution, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of testing activities across Epic and integrated applications.

A significant component of the role will be the development and execution of an automated regression testing strategy using UiPath Test Cloud, including the expansion of automated test coverage, management of automation standards, and integration of automated testing into the broader enterprise QA strategy.

The ideal candidate combines deep Epic testing experience, large-program QA leadership, healthcare IT knowledge, and strong test automation expertise. This individual must be equally comfortable working with executive leadership, application owners, Epic SMEs, technical teams, automation engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and testing, with significant experience leading large enterprise testing programs.
• Extensive experience leading QA organizations supporting large healthcare IT programs.
• Significant hands-on and leadership experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, releases, or ongoing application support.
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing large-scale Epic regression testing programs.
• Proven experience managing large, distributed QA/testing teams and multiple concurrent testing workstreams.
• Strong experience with test automation strategy and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with UiPath, preferably including UiPath Test Cloud and enterprise-scale test automation.
• Strong understanding of automated UI testing, regression automation, test data, environments, test management, and defect management.
• Experience managing complex integration and end-to-end testing across multiple enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, senior IT leadership, application owners, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong program management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience establishing QA governance, metrics, standards, and operating models.
• Experience working in Agile, SAFe, hybrid, or other large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
