Apache Muffler is looking for an experienced Exhaust Technician to join our crew in Mesa.
We stay busy, and we’re looking for someone who already knows the trade and can come in ready to work. This is NOT an entry-level or training position.
If you know how to bend pipe, weld, fabricate, diagnose exhaust problems, and build a clean exhaust system from start to finish, we want to talk to you.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3+ years of hands-on automotive exhaust experience
• Strong pipe-bending skills
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to build custom exhaust systems
• Muffler, resonator, catalytic converter, and exhaust repair experience
• Experience with single and dual exhaust systems
• Ability to diagnose exhaust leaks, rattles, and other exhaust-related problems
• Light mechanical experience is a plus
• Able to work independently without someone constantly looking over your shoulder
• Takes pride in clean welds and quality workmanship
• Dependable and shows up ready to work
• Works well with the rest of the crew
• Keeps their work area and tools organized
WHAT YOU GET:
• Guaranteed hours
• Weekly pay
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule
• AIR-CONDITIONED SHOP
• Steady workload
• Established Mesa shop with a strong reputation
• No weekends
• A crew that works hard and takes pride in what leaves the shop
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE.
If you’ve never bent exhaust pipe or fabricated an exhaust system, this is not the position for you.
But if you know exhaust, can weld, can bend pipe, and can build a system you’re proud to put your name on, we want to hear from you.
