We're looking for leasing professionals who know the apartment industry, can turn tours into leases, and are ready to hit the ground running!

APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Tax Credit/LIHTC experience is a PLUS!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Greet prospects, conduct engaging apartment tours, and close leases.
• Convert phone inquiries and online leads into scheduled tours.
• Process rental applications, verifications, and leasing paperwork.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate traffic and leasing records.
• Assist with resident relations, retention, and daily leasing office operations.
• Maintain knowledge of property availability, pricing, specials, and competitors.
• Support outreach marketing and help achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect vacant apartments for move-in readiness and maintain community appeal.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Tax Credit/LIHTC experience a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass required background screening and drug testing.
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to work!
