We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
• Provide exceptional direct patient care.
• Place restorations in accordance with Indiana EFDA regulations.
• Perform CEREC design and assist with digital dentistry procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and sterilize instruments and operatories.
• Maintain proper infection control and OSHA standards.
• Manage clinical inventory and treatment room supplies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatment.
• Maintain efficient workflow while supporting the clinical team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana X-ray Certification (Required)
• EFDA certification preferred or required per Indiana regulations.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
• Experience with CEREC technology is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• No weekends
• Fridays end at 3:00 PM
