Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with families and business owners in the Bowie area.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is properly protected.

Identify gaps in coverage and present thoughtful solutions that offer real peace of mind.

Engage with the local community through events and outreach to grow our presence.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our outreach strategies and improve the client experience.

Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.

Strong comfort level with in-person networking and community engagement.

Ability to articulate complex information clearly and warmly.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse client portfolio.
