Position Overview:


As an Expeditor at Lillian’s, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every dish meets our high standards before it reaches the guest. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth communication and an efficient flow of service.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate communication between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Inspect all dishes leaving the kitchen to ensure they meet presentation and quality standards.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing orders during peak service times.
  • Ensure special requests, dietary restrictions, and modifications are properly executed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area.
  • Support the kitchen and service teams as needed to resolve any service issues promptly.
