21North, an upscale-casual restaurant located in the heart of Medfield, MA, is looking for an experienced and motivated Expeditor to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate has previous restaurant experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail and our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and properly presented before leaving the kitchen.

Communicate with cooks to coordinate the timing and flow of all dishes within an order.

Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding allergies, special requests, and order modifications.

Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen to ensure proper presentation, garnishes, and quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient expo station throughout service.

Follow and uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
