Splitshift is a neighborhood bar and pizza shop in York City a place built on craft, community, and doing things right. We make Detroit-style and round pies from scratch, and we take our dough seriously.

We're looking for an experienced pizza maker who knows their way around a hot oven, can work a line with confidence, and takes pride in consistency. If you've stretched dough under pressure and still plated something beautiful, we want to talk.

What you bring:

• Hands-on pizza experience (Detroit-style or high-volume a plus)
  
• Strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and oven management
  
• Ability to maintain quality and speed during a busy PM service
  
• Reliability, professionalism, and a low-ego team mentality
  
• Availability Thu Mon evenings
