Experience Designer
Multiple Locations:
1. Preferred - Pittsburgh, PA, 15222
2. Second Preferred - Strongsville, OH, 44136 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016
REMOTE to start till Contract, will move to 100% onsite once converted as an FTE.
12 Months Contract to Hire role
Pay Rate:$35 to 45/hr. on W2 ONLY Must Have Skills Required (5-10 Years):- Lead Experience Design for C&IB digital initiatives supporting (web & mobile) -- 8 years required.
- Ability to develop complex user interfaces.
- Experience working between a Product Owner or Product Manager and Development staff.
- Expert-level Figma: 5+ years.
- Prototyping.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis expert. User Experience (UX) Collaboration. Team Coordinator. Agile Methodologies. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking.
- User Experience Previous Banking/investment/financial institution - 3 Years.
Nice To Have Skills: Capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support.
