This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating exceptional guest experiences, and helping clients find the services and memberships that best fit their needs.
You’ll be the first impression of our boutique — welcoming guests, managing appointments, supporting daily operations, and driving retail and membership sales through thoughtful recommendations and outstanding service.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly and create a luxury-level guest experience
- Manage scheduling, check-ins, phone calls, and client communication
- Recommend services, memberships, and retail products
- Help meet monthly sales and membership goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
- Support seamless boutique operations and teamwork throughout the day
- Resolve client concerns professionally and confidently
- Build lasting relationships with returning guests
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Sales experience or comfort recommending memberships, services and products
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Spa, salon, hospitality, wellness, or retail experience is a plus
- Experience with booking software or POS systems is a bonus
