Are you ready to lead a unique experience where games, challenges, and teamwork are at the heart of everything? Prison Island, an international entertainment concept inspired by action and strategy games, is about to open in Grapevine, TX — and we’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate team members to help bring the adventure to life for our guests.

Position Information

Position: Experience Operator 
Location: Prison Island Dallas – 2505 E Grapevine Mills Circle, Grapevine, TX 76051
Start Date: November 15th  2026 (TBD)
Employment Type: Full-Time, hourly - approximately 40 hours per week, subject to operational needs
Schedule: Variable schedule with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and company-designated holidays
Classification: Non-Exempt / Hourly Position
Reports To: Venue Manager
Languages: English required (additional languages are a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $15.00 per hour, eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
Compensation and performance reviews may be conducted periodically based on operational performance, business growth, and individual contribution.

Paid Time Off:
Eligible full-time employees may receive up to twelve (12) vacation days and up to five
(5) sick/personal days per calendar year, subject to Company policy, eligibility, accrual rules, and proration based on hire date.

Benefits :
The Company does not currently maintain a group health insurance plan for employees. As Prison Island continues to expand its U.S. operations, the Company intends to evaluate and potentially implement medical, dental, vision, and other employee benefit programs for eligible employees.

The Company does not currently maintain a 401(k) or other employer-sponsored retirement plan. As operations expand, the Company may evaluate the implementation of retirement benefit programs for eligible employees.

Any future employee benefit programs will remain subject to eligibility requirements, applicable plan documents, Company policies, and operational considerations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experience Operator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Being the primary point of contact for customers. Your role is to ensure quality customer service, provide relevant information, and oversee the smooth running of activities while adhering to safety and service standards.


Customer Service:

• Greet, guide, and inform customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide information about activities, schedules, pricing, and access conditions
• Game operations: Assist guests with challenges, monitor game functionality and report technical problems.
• Guest experience: Help resolve complaints and ensure visitors receive a consistent, engaging experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Sell snacks and beverages and process point-of-sale transactions
  
  

Registration and Booking Management:

• Handle participant registrations (create badges, team names, etc.)
• Manage reservations and cancellations through the booking system
• Process payments
  
  

Facility Management:

• Maintain cleanliness, report maintenance issues, and perform basic operational checks.
• Oversee the proper functioning of game rooms
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Guest safety: Explain game rules, monitor safe participation, respond to incidents and follow emergency procedures.
• Opening and closing: Complete assigned daily checklists, inspect game rooms and prepare the venue for guests.

Work Environment & Operational Expectations

Due to the nature of the entertainment and hospitality industry, this role requires schedule flexibility and operational responsiveness.
You might be required to:
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods
• Support grand openings, special events, and operational initiatives
• Assist with future Prison Island locations or multi-site operational support when required
