Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from initial consultation through closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through referrals, networking, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Conduct market analyses, prepare pricing strategies, and provide clients with informed recommendations based on current market conditions.
• Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, and other transaction milestones with clients and industry professionals.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, listing contracts, and other terms to protect clients’ interests and achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
