The Service Technician utilizes all the state-of-the-art equipment and training to efficiently and safely maintain and repair our customers' vehicles. Working as a part of our amazing service team, the technician provides a second-to-none experience for each and every customer.
Hansel Auto Group services the following brands: Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BMW, Subaru, Volkswagen
Pay Range:
$33.80-$45.00 hourly plus bonus pay plans are also available, depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
Estimates cost of repairs
Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance
Documents services performed
Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
Great working demeaner with co-workers
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties

Pay Defined: For a productive/bonus-based pay plan the Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
