Experienced Caregivers Needed

Are you dependable, compassionate, and passionate about helping others? Practical Care Continuum is looking for a caring and dedicated caregiver to assist a client with daily needs in the comfort of their home.

We are looking for someone who understands that caregiving is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life every day!

SCHEDULE

• Days: Monday–Sunday

• Hours: 9:30 AM–1:30 PM

• Shift length: 4 hours per day

• Availability: Must be available for the scheduled days

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed

• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction

• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming as assigned

• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying of the client's living space

• Provide medication reminders, if included in the care plan

• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment

• Follow the client's care plan and communicate any changes or concerns to the office

• Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect

QUALIFICATIONS

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and provide safe, respectful care

• Must be able to complete the required hiring process and applicable background checks
