Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties across commercial and/or residential properties
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, hallways, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment
• Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning or janitorial experience required
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
