Laura E Asner CSW PC is looking for an Experienced Clinician to join their dedicated mental health practice in Bay Shore, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual sessions to a diverse client population
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and treatment goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as clinically appropriate
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
• Active and valid NYS clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet documentation deadlines
