Experienced Commercial Electrical Specialist

Compensation: $62.00-$66.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain commercial electrical systems for new construction and tenant improvements
- Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical specifications
- Install conduit, panels, lighting systems, breakers, switches, and control equipment
- Complete rough-in, finish work, and system upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and fellow trades
- Maintain organized work areas while documenting completed work and materials

Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship
- Valid WA EL01 General Journey Level Electrician License
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of construction environments
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with fire alarm systems, data cabling, or building automation technologies
