Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of concrete construction, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
Set forms and help prepare sites for concrete placement.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to specifications.
Qualifications:
Previous concrete or construction experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
