What You’ll Do:


  • Book appointments: How easy can we make it to use our service? I bet you have ideas on how to get people booked.
  • Quarterback unreasonable hospitality: The least comfortable time for a prospect is between the time they book an appointment with us and when we show up to help them. Can you stay in touch with people every step of the way to reassure them it’ll all be okay?
  • Coordinate convenience: What can we do to make life easier for our team and customers? Remind them of upcoming service appointments? Vigelently let them know what’s going on? Debrief them afterward and do a wellness check from time to time.
  • Remember Mr. Wolf from Pulp Fiction?: He’s the guy you call to get things fixed. That’s you at Fix it Frankie. And we’ll give you the tool to not just satisfy, but to delight!
