Who We're Looking For
Our Director of First Impressions needs to be exactly that! As the first person our patients encounter when they walk through our doors, you help set the tone for their entire visit.
We're looking for someone warm, outgoing, positive, dependable, and genuinely happy to see people. Someone who understands that a friendly smile, welcoming attitude, and professional presence make all the difference.


Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm
• Confirm appointments
• Accurately enter patient information into Eaglesoft
• Ensure electronic paperwork is complete
• Assist patients with tablets and electronic forms
• Provide secondary phone support and confidently communicate with patients
• Support the front office team to keep the day running smoothly

Experience Required
A minimum of ONE YEAR of experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE is required.
You must understand dental terminology, common general dentistry procedures, and how a dental practice operates.
Experienced Dental Assistants interested in transitioning to the front office are encouraged to apply!
