The Brothers That Just Do Gutters – San Ramon is seeking an experienced gutter professional who can confidently manage installation projects from start to finish.
Position Overview We are looking for a skilled installer with strong field experience who can work independently, maintain high-quality standards, and complete jobs efficiently without supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead and complete gutter installation projects independently
- Install K-Style, Seamless, OG, and Fascia gutter systems
- Ensure proper slope, drainage, and quality workmanship
- Manage job sites with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate with customers when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of gutter installation experience
- Strong knowledge of gutter systems, parts, and installation methods
- Ability to run projects independently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation
- $25–$40/hr, depending on experience
- W2 or 1099 contractor options available
