At Ace Handyman Services Montclair, we handle the leads and customer scheduling so you can focus on what you do best. We’re locally owned, backed by Ace Hardware, and looking for an experienced craftsman to grow with us.

If you’re the person people call when a door won’t close, trim needs replacing, drywall needs repairing, or a project needs someone who can figure it out, we’d like to meet you.

We’re looking for strong carpentry and residential repair experience, practical problem-solving skills, and pride in a job done right. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating with homeowners, and treating their homes with care.

Your work will include carpentry, doors and trim, drywall repairs, painting, installations, and general home improvements.

We’re hiring a craftsman today with the goal of developing the right person into a Field Supervisor or General Manager in 2027.

If you enjoy helping others, setting a high standard, and keeping projects moving, this could be your next step. Previous management experience is welcome, but strong judgment, reliability, and leadership potential matter too.
