Our long-standing success is rooted in integrity, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships with repeat clients and referrals.We are seeking an HVAC Experienced Residential Service Technician to join our team!Position SummaryThe HVAC Experienced Residential Service Technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role upholds company standards for craftsmanship and customer experience. The technician will also help mentor junior technicians and provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, parts, inventory, and pricing.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance Starts the first of the month after 60 days. Company covers 85% for employees and 75% for dependents (payroll deduction).40 hours of sick pay per calendar year (after 90 days).PTO401(k) with company match up to 6%10 paid holidaysOvertime as needed No on-call shifts or regularly scheduled weekend work.Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMPay Range: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour, depending on experienceRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of experience as a residential or commercial HVAC service technicianValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordUniversal EPA CertificationAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsProficient with troubleshooting a wide variety of equipmentExperience making repair/replace recommendationsStrong customer service and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and accountabilityAbility to safely operate scissors and genie liftsBasic knowledge of sheet metalUnderstanding of air balancing principlesPreferred QualificationsHVAC Technical School certificate of completionPossession of necessary hand toolsAll applications must be submitted online.
