You will perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups on air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment to help customers maintain reliable comfort in their homes. Throughout the day, you will educate homeowners on repair and replacement options, provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, and accurately complete digital service reports.
