Experienced Insurance Sales Agent

The Olivia Herman Agency, a proud Farmers Insurance partner based in Michigan, is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.

Were looking for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment, loves connecting with people, and is motivated by uncapped income potential.

You dont need to live in Michigan but you must be able to get appointed in Michigan.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Sell and service auto, home, renters, life, specialty products, and more
• Engage with leads via phone, email, text, and online platforms, averaging 80+ calls per day
• Analyze clients insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Educate clients on policy options, features, and benefits to ensure understanding and value
• Process applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistent follow-up habits and detailed documentation in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals (40+ items per month)
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused agency culture and shared success

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet and exceed production goals
• Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, and confident closer
• Life & Health license is a huge plus
