Salary Range: $40000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship building
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records
• Work closely with the agency team to provide excellent customer service

• Sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience preferred but not required
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
