We're looking for an experienced, licensed Lawn Care Technician who understands turfgrass, fertilization, weed control, and lawn health—not mowing.
Lawn Doctor of St. Charles is a locally owned branch of a trusted national brand, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving lawn problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values experience.
This Is NOT a Mowing or Landscaping Position
We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in:
- Fertilization & Weed Control
- Turfgrass Management & Agronomy
- Pesticide Applications
- Lawn Diagnostics
- Aeration & Overseeding
- Professional Customer Service
Golf course, sports turf, sod farm, and professional lawn care experience are all highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and specialty lawn treatments safely and accurately
- Diagnose lawn issues including weeds, insects, disease, and turf stress
- Perform aeration, overseeding, and other turf services
- Operate professional application equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records using our mobile system
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean, organized, and work-ready
What We're Looking For
- Professional lawn care or turf management experience
- Current pesticide applicator license (or ability to quickly obtain/transfer Missouri licensing)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
