About the Role
North Shore Medspa Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, licensed Aesthetician with a strong background in advanced skincare, facial treatments, and modern aesthetic technologies. We are looking for a skilled professional passionate about skincare, patient care, and delivering personalized treatment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments.
Operate aesthetic devices, including HydraFacial and Scarlet RF.
Assess patients’ skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
Provide personalized patient care and treatment recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois Esthetician License.
Proven experience as and Aesthetician in a medical spa.
Hands-on experience with a variety of facial treatments and professional skincare products.
Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and technologies.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Preferred Experience & Technical Skills
Experience with the following treatments and technologies is a strong plus:
Laser hair removal
HydraFacial and advanced facials
DiamondGlow
Microneedling SkinPen
RF microneedling, particularly Scarlet RF
Chemical peels and dermaplaning
IPL and laser treatments
LED light therapy and microdermabrasion
Professional and medical-grade skincare brands
