Listing Agent — Clemmons, NC

Terri Bias and Associates is seeking a driven, experienced Listing Agent to serve homeowners throughout Clemmons and the greater Piedmont Triad area. In this role, you will oversee the complete listing process, offer expert guidance from preparation through closing, cultivate lasting client relationships, and help advance the growth of our team.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional with Listing experience
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded 
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
• Excellent time management skills
