What You’ll Do
- Perform high-volume oil and filter changes with speed and accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings
- Check, top off, and maintain all essential vehicle fluids
- Ensure proper tire pressure and basic tire condition checks
- Install oil filters, drain plugs, and complete services to manufacturer standards
- Identify and report potential maintenance or safety concerns to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
- Deliver a professional, efficient experience that supports overall customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or Automotive Technician required
- Strong understanding of basic automotive maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift
