Tricounty Neurological Associates is looking for an Experienced Medical Biller to join our dedicated team in Clinton Township, MI. Responsibilities:

• Process and submit accurate medical claims to insurance carriers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Review and resolve claim denials, rejections, and appeals in a timely manner
• Post payments, adjustments, and patient transactions to accounts
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to billing
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and aging reports
• Ensure compliance with neurology-specific coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing regulations
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance representatives to resolve billing inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of medical billing experience, preferably in a specialty or neurology practice
• Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills for patient and insurance interactions
