We are seeking an experienced, dependable MFP Copier Service Technician to join our technical service team.


Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain multifunction copiers, printers, and scanners.
  
  
• Service Kyocera, Copystar, and other commercial MFP equipment.
  
  
• Perform equipment installations, configurations, relocations, and replacements.
  
  
• Troubleshoot paper jams, image-quality problems, error codes, mechanical failures, and electronic components.
  
  
• Configure network printing, scanning to email, scanning to folders, and related connectivity.
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace drums, fusers, rollers, and other service components.
  
  
• Respond to customer service calls promptly and professionally.
  
  
• Document service work, parts usage, and equipment condition.
  
  
• Communicate with customers and office staff regarding service progress and resolution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on copier/MFP service experience preferred.
  
  
• Experience servicing Kyocera or Copystar equipment strongly preferred.
  
  
• Familiarity with commercial multifunction printers and copier repair.
  
  
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, printer drivers, and scan configurations.
  
  
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  
  
• Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
  
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
  
  
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and components within job requirements.
