Key Responsibilities
Own the parts sales process from inquiry to final delivery for both retail and internal service clients.
Collaborate directly with the Parts Manager to locate, track, and source out-of-stock items.
Manage special order requests efficiently and keep customers updated on order statuses.
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly communication across all dealership departments.
Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience required.
Software: Experience with CDK Drive is a strong plus.
Skillset: Excellent time management, sharp organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
