    Danvers & Wilmington Locations

    McKinnon's Market & Super Butcher Shop is looking for experienced, hands-on leaders to join our team!

    If you have a background in perishable departments, take pride in fresh food and great customer service, and enjoy leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

    We're looking for dependable, organized managers who can:

    • Lead, train, and support department staff
    • Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation
    • Keep departments clean, organized, and food-safe
    • Deliver friendly, helpful customer service
