This role combines professional grooming expertise with outstanding customer service, as you'll work directly with pet owners to ensure every dog receives exceptional care and every client has a great experience.

What You'll Do:

As a Dog Groomer, you'll help keep pets looking and feeling their best while creating positive experiences for both dogs and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dog grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, trimming, deshedding, and nail care
• Groom a variety of breeds according to owner requests and breed standards
• Assess coat condition and recommend grooming services
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every dog throughout the grooming process
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming equipment and work areas
• Build positive relationships with pet owners
• Communicate grooming recommendations and service updates professionally
• Assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in through pick-up
• Identify and report any health or skin concerns noticed during grooming

Qualifications

• Previous professional dog grooming experience required
• Ability to safely handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with pet owners
