Our goal is simple: help good agents become more consistent, productive business owners.

You’ll have access to proven systems and coaching designed to help you:

• Build a predictable pipeline instead of waiting for your next deal

• Strengthen your prospecting, follow-up, and conversion skills
• Build and leverage a database that creates repeat and referral business
• Improve your listing consultation, pricing, negotiation, and seller strategy
• Develop stronger business habits and accountability
• Track the activities that actually lead to production
• Create a roadmap for growing your business year after year

You’ll participate in weekly coaching, training, script practice, lead generation activities, open houses, team opportunities, and the systems provided through our partnership with PLACE.

• You are an active, licensed real estate professional
• You have real-world sales experience and have closed transactions
