Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Marietta area
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate successful transactions
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand the company’s network and referral base

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent
  • Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of the greater Atlanta real estate markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
