Limbird Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Real Estate Agent to join our team.

In this role, you’ll guide buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process—from the initial conversation to closing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up with leads and nurturing client relationships
• Meeting with clients and attending appointments
• Negotiating contracts and facilitating transactions
• Supporting buyers and sellers through each stage of the process
• Generating new business and consistently managing your pipeline

You’ll have access to proven systems, training, coaching, and a supportive team, giving you the resources to build on your experience and succeed. You’ll also maintain ownership of your clients, follow-up activities, and overall production.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and the team onboarding process to learn our tools, systems, and expectations.
• Follow up with leads consistently through the team’s lead-generation and prospecting systems.
• Meet with buyers, learn what they’re looking for, and guide them through the home-buying process.
• Meet with sellers, discuss their goals, and help them prepare and price their property for the market.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Keep clients informed and stay on top of the details from contract to closing.
• Host at least two open houses each month.
• Keep your pipeline organized and continue working on new business.
• Participate in coaching, training, script practice, partner calls, and other team activities.
• Stay in regular communication with clients, leads, and other people involved in each transaction.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Experience generating leads and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
• Comfortable having sales conversations, asking questions, and handling objections.
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple clients and transactions.
• Comfortable using scripts and dialogues as a tool to improve your conversations.
• Available to work full-time and consistently follow through on lead generation and client responsibilities.
