Responsibilities

• Consult with sellers on pricing, preparation, marketing strategy, and negotiations
• Negotiate contracts professionally and advocate for clients throughout the transaction

• Participate in weekly trainings, coaching sessions, script practice, and team meetings
• Stay informed on the Colorado Springs market, inventory trends, and local development

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required
