Job Summary The ideal Manager will oversee all Studio functionality including managing and growing multiple streams of revenue, new member acquisition and retention, and staff management and development.Responsibilities And Duties Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classMembership salesManage staff scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise Sales RepresentativesHire/Manage all instructors at the studioProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etcReview instructor evaluations performed by Master TrainersIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates StudioEnforce Club Pilates policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedQualifications And Skills 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareBenefits And Perks This position offers salary; based on experience & performanceOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential within the company#J-18808-Ljbffr
