What You'll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs.
- Recommend insurance solutions that help protect clients and their assets.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Learn the operational, leadership, and business development skills needed to advance within the Farmers Insurance Protege Program.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable prospecting and generating new business.
- Coachable with a desire for continuous professional growth.
- Property & Casualty License (or the ability to obtain one before employment).
- Valid driver's license.
