Total Pest Control is growing, and we're hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to drive new business, close deals, and help homeowners protect their properties.

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure
• Typical earnings: $70,000 – $140,000+

What You'll Do

• Sell pest control services, treatments, and service plans
• Participate in mandatory daily correlation meetings and training.
• Proactively contribute insights and solutions to team discussions.
• Execute assigned tasks precisely, meeting quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain operations and achieve goals.
• Educate customers on prevention and protection solutions
• Overcome objections and close sales confidently
• Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals

What We're Looking For

Required

• Previous sales experience required (preferably 90+ days of real sales exposure)
• Must have reliable personal transportation (car) - required for daily territory coverage and independence in the field 
• Must be capable of making 5 sales/week and knock 80 doors/day
• Willing to work Full-Time (at least 6 hours/day)
• Must have at least 30 days of financial runway
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in field sales / outside sales environments
