Compensation: Starts hourly, depending on experience, $25-$32. Then Performance-based (% of job revenue) - $50K-$85K+ annually based on skill level

Experience Required: 1-2+ years seamless gutter installation (gutter machine experience highly desired), soffit and fascia wrap as a plus

Overview
We are seeking a Seamless Gutter Installer with basic experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters efficiently and accurately while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- At least some experience in seamless gutter installation.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, ladders and working at heights/on roofs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols on job sites.
- Familiarity with related trades such as roofing, carpentry, siding is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay per production equals ~$25-$35+ per hour or equivalent.
- PTO of up to 80h per year
- 50% reimbursement of health, vision and dental insurance
