Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Accurately diagnose customer concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition, mileage, and history
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Prepare precise estimates for parts and labor with a focus on transparency
- Manage workflow efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Proactively communicate repair status and timelines with customers
- Ensure accuracy of final invoices and completed work
- Upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required
- Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
