Job Description:

• Welcome customers and evaluate their vehicle service needs with professionalism
• Clearly communicate repair and maintenance options to ensure customer confidence
• Collaborate with technicians to schedule and complete services efficiently
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment in a busy, growing dealership
• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building customer trust
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to high-quality service

 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $70,000–$120,000 annually, including performance-based bonuses
• Comprehensive benefits package (after 90 days):
