Burkins Chevrolet is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors who bring energy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Your experience does not have to be Chevrolet. Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Toyota, Honda, and all other automotive brands are welcome. Bring your skills and willingness to learn our products and processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers promptly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns

• Open accurate repair orders and clearly explain requested services

• Work with technicians to communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations

• Present estimates, explain maintenance needs, and obtain customer authorization

• Keep customers informed about repair progress, pricing, and completion times

• Coordinate appointments and workflow with the service team

• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers

• Follow up to build satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership procedures

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience

• Experience with any automotive brand

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to explain repairs clearly and confidently recommend needed services

• Comfort using dealership software, repair orders, and digital communication tools

• Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced service department

• Reliability, professionalism, and accountability

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license
